Safety Management Solutions has been providing health and safety consultancy services in the Milton Keynes area since it was founded in 2000 by Steve Thompson. 

Steve has been a safety professional for over 19 years.  Prior to setting up Safety Management Solutions, he worked as a Senior Health and Safety Consultant for the Engineering Employers Federation (EEF), and as a Factory Inspector for the Health & Safety Executive (HSE).

Steve has a great deal of experience in working for a wide variety of companies in many different industry sectors.  The size of the companies Steve works for range from self-employed tradesmen, to being the Group Health and Safety Advisor for a large multisite farming and food processing company employing well over 2000 people, a position he has retained since 2001.
